Depends on the stock and magazines. If Tapco T-6 and Tapco 20-rounders, go for it. If something else, offer $300 tops.

There are probably ten or so SKS's that fit that criteria for sale locally face-to-face with no paperwork on a local internet sales board for $300 that fit your criteria

Well, if you don't mind the paperwork, there's always Samco. That should come to ~$300 with shipping and transfer fees for the VGC rifle.
